FLOURISHING AND THRIVINGOver the past several years, Rabbi Bravo has engaged MakomNY in conversations of flourishing. She discusses, directly and indirectly, how we can flourish in this world of ours, with Judaism as a vehicle toward that flourishing.
We have offered programs that allow individuals, children, teens and adults, to directly learn more about their own character strengths, using the VIA Institute survey of Character Strengths. We have woven into our Moadon School curriculum teaching about flourishing and the many different character strengths. We have worked to create opportunities for people to flourish and thrive through our community, our programs and the relationships we create. If you would like to learn more about flourishing, please contact Rabbi Bravo. She would be happy to discuss with you further. Also, if you are interested in digging deeper into your own personal character strengths, feel free to take one of the surveys linked below. |
